Ryan and Ashley enjoy making people feel welcome at our rental properties. We strive to provide quality rental housing. We were both born and raised in the Muncie area and enjoy raising our family and investing locally in our community. Our family currently operates five short-term (Airbnb) and mid-term rentals, as well as many long-term rental properties in the Muncie area. We began investing in Muncie-area real estate in 2010. We enjoy renovating distressed and dilapidated properties to make a positive contribution to our local community and neighborhoods.
